I would like to make changes to an existing webpage.

I plan to make a homepage with content and slideshow. Also I will add the option to buy with a shopping cart. I plan to change the colors and logo also. I want to use meta tags. I would perfer to not post a privacy policy if possible...
I also wanted to add a feedback page but for some reason Frontpage does not seem to be supported by many hosting companys or causes some problems. Why is that?

I'm planning to update the logo, the homepage into a page with content, adding the shopping cart and check-out to the page. I'm currently trying to add a feedback form but for some reason Frontpage does not seem to be supported with many hosting services. Don, why is that? I'll have slideshow on the homepage. I would really prefer to not post a privacy policy.
